    1. Use

    It can be widely used in material handling across various industries such as metallurgy, cement, casting, and chemical engineering, and is suitable for applications including high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant conveyor belts, tear-resistant conveyor belts, and electronic weighing belt scales.

     

    2. Features

    The core of the belt is made of a solid metal spiral mesh, offering excellent resistance to burning, high-temperature tolerance, flame retardancy, puncture resistance, tear resistance, low elongation, high interlayer adhesion strength, and excellent groove-forming properties. The vulcanized joint achieves 100% efficiency, with a short and simple jointing process that is easy to perform. Among these, the metal mesh-core heat-resistant conveyor belt can operate at temperatures ranging from 150°C to 200°C; the metal mesh-core flame-retardant conveyor belt can withstand temperatures from 200°C to 800°C. Regardless of the temperature range, the metal mesh-core heat-resistant conveyor belt maintains outstanding performance. The metal mesh-core electronic weighing belts and circular belts exhibit superior characteristics, including no deviation and no elongation, as well as joints that remain securely connected without breaking—features that outperform other types of circular belts. Moreover, the metal mesh-core demonstrates exceptional tear resistance, making it the preferred choice for tear-resistant conveyor belts. Additionally, the metal mesh-core oil-, acid-, and alkali-resistant conveyor belt joints have the same service life as the belt body itself, making them the top choice for such applications.
