1. The patterned conveyor belt is an inclined conveyor belt composed of a cover rubber with a patterned working surface, a cover rubber with a flat non-working surface, and a belt core.
2. Product Introduction – Patterned Conveyor Belt
Feature: The belt features a “human”-shaped pattern that rises above the belt body. The pattern can be either open or closed, and each pattern type is further divided into three levels: high, medium, and low.
Usage: Suitable for conveying powdered, granular, and small-piece materials at inclinations of up to 40 degrees; also capable of handling bagged materials. This product consists of two parts: a base belt and a patterned surface. Depending on the type of material being conveyed and the magnitude of the conveying inclination, the shape and height of the patterned surface must vary accordingly.
Features: Suitable for conveying bulk and bagged materials in environments with inclinations ranging from 0° to 40°, preventing material slippage and thereby improving conveying capacity.
Model: Herringbone pattern, fishbone pattern, U-shaped pattern, cylindrical pattern, open-V shape, closed-V shape, L-shape, H-shape, Y-shape, herringbone, U-series, and others.
