I. Special Steel Wire Type
The steel-cord-reinforced belt made of polyurethane features compactness, robustness, and durability, and demonstrates creativity in both material selection and design. By incorporating a steel cord core, the 7×19 wire structure provides high rigidity, excellent resistance to kinking, and corrosion-free performance. Meanwhile, the polyurethane’s inherent corrosion resistance ensures superior anti-slip properties and enhances traction efficiency. In terms of design, the belt must guarantee exceptional flexibility and optimized traction force; under heavy loads, it exhibits minimal elongation and delivers outstanding operational characteristics with regard to noise and vibration. Additionally, the belt demonstrates exceptional weather resistance against factors such as weathering, abrasion, and ultraviolet radiation.
Technical Requirements
(1) Designed for outdoor, all-weather use, capable of operating 24 hours a day at a speed of ≤1 m/s;
(2) Suitable for frequent forward and reverse operations, with a reversal frequency of 5 times per minute; exhibits excellent bending performance.
(3) Adapts to temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 60℃, resists weathering, withstands compression, and is resistant to breakage.
(4) The special steel wire belt shall have a designed service life of no less than 5 years and a minimum actual service life of no less than 3 years.
II. New Aramid Type
Aramid belts are primarily made by wrapping TPU with mature aramid fiber materials and processing them through a special manufacturing technique. They feature lightweight design, high strength, and exceptional toughness. Aramid materials are harmless and environmentally friendly, and they exhibit outstanding performance even in oily and contaminated environments.
