Nepal Tubular conveyor belt

Product Description

A tubular conveyor belt is a type of conveyor belt used in conjunction with circular tube belt conveyors. It assumes a tubular shape along the entire or part of the conveying route, thanks to external forces. The core of the tubular conveyor belt is reinforced with high-strength canvas or steel cables, and its upper and lower cover layers are made of high-strength, highly wear-resistant, premium rubber compounds. During operation, the belt gradually transitions from a flat configuration to a U-shape and finally rolls into a tubular form, enabling enclosed material transport.

Features

Closed-conveying, curved conveying, steep-angle conveying, reciprocating conveying, high-speed and heavy-load conveying

Classification and Structure
1. Tubular belts are broadly categorized into two types: fabric-cored belts and steel-cord belts.
2. Fabric-core tubular belts are made by bonding one or more layers of rubber-coated canvas in a specific structural configuration; steel-cord-core tubular belts are made by bonding longitudinal steel cords spaced at regular intervals with transverse reinforcing elements in a specific structural configuration.
3 The cover layer consists of specially designed cover rubber and edge rubber.
4. According to design and usage requirements, an elastic rubber or a lateral rigid body may be added between the core and the covering layer.

Uses and Performance
Suitable for material handling in industries such as coal, mining, ports, power generation, metallurgy, building materials, and grain processing—industries with stringent environmental protection requirements and demanding three-dimensional spatial curvature. The system features fully enclosed material conveyance, ensuring that materials neither fly nor are affected by natural conditions, thus minimizing environmental impact. It is capable of bending, handling large inclinations, and enabling bidirectional material transport.
