Performance description

The carcass material for general-purpose steel-cord conveyor belts is made from high-strength steel cords. After cold-press forming and the application of core rubber and cover rubber, the belt undergoes a vulcanization process.

Performance description

Between the cover rubber and the core rubber of a conventional structural steel wire rope core conveyor belt, one or two layers of tear-resistant mesh can be added to prevent foreign objects from entering or to protect the belt body from tearing. The tear-resistant mesh can be either steel wire cord fabric or woven fabric-based tear-resistant mesh.
